How do I order?
You can either order through email or faxing your order list to us. In Greater London area we can send a salesman to you to discuss your requirements and take order on a regular basis. A full printed price list is also available by post or by email.

Are there any joining fees or commitments? How, and when, do I pay for the goods?
You need to apply for EDA Foods account to take advantage of our 28 days credit offer but you must pay cash on delivery whilst we are gathering credit search for your company. You would have only one invoice open.

Is there a minimum drop or delivery charge?
If you are within A406 area and order more than £250 in one go then delivery is completely free. Within M25 area minimum drop will be £600. For rest of the England minimum drop should be £2000 to be entitled for free delivery.

How long does it take to arrive?
Y our goods will arrive in two days following to your order.

What if there are shorts or damages on my delivery?
It is unlikely that anything will be missing or damaged on your delivery because of the level of care we take to ensure it arrives exactly as you expect it to. You can notify us of any shortages or damages up to 24 hours after your delivery and we will endeavour to find out where and when the error occurred before getting back to you with a course of action e.g. replace or provide credit for the missing / damaged items.

How long does it take to get an account set up?
An account will be set up within 10 working days of receiving your details.
